The length of the chains can be altered to create a variable lift. This variable lift becomes increasingly more difficult towards the top end of the lift.
Our chains give you a range from 4 to 7 full feet to push past your plateaus. It's time to help your bench, squat, and deadlift grow with our American made chains.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” Customers must pay for return shipping.
