The APEX Fat Grip V-Bar is built from heavy-duty commercial-grade stainless steel with a reinforced welded construction designed to handle serious weight and high-traffic gym use. Unlike standard hollow cable attachments, the APEX has a heavier, more stable feel throughout the movement, helping reduce swing and improve overall control during pulls.

The 50 mm fatty grips increase grip and forearm engagement while also creating a more comfortable feel on the wrists and elbows under heavier loads. Combined with the ergonomic angled design, the attachment allows for a more natural pulling path and stronger contractions throughout the movement.

The APEX is especially effective on seated rows and lat pulldowns, where the added stability, grip thickness, and angle help create a smoother and more connected feel rep after rep.
