DefiPlate™ 45 lb Deadlift Plates

The weight plate, redesigned for the deadlift.

Traditional Olympic plates were standardized for overhead lifting more than a century ago. DefiPlate™ is purpose-built for the deadlifts of today.

Its low-profile design brings the bar to approximately 5 inches from the floor, increasing range of motion and allowing greater bar flex before the weight leaves the ground. The wide, flat base provides a stable contact surface, reducing unwanted rolling and uneven loading on imperfect surfaces.

Train deficit deadlifts without platforms or use the integrated handles for landmine T-bar rows.
