A versatile addition to any gym, the Freedom Strength Co Throwing Bag can be easily filled and emptied for portable convenience to workout at home, the gym, the park, or the beach. Perfect to bring along to workout anytime, anywhere.
Designed for throwing, this throwing bag has many more uses. This style sandbag can also replace a lot of movements you would use a kettlebell for. General fitness, swings, squats, snatches, clean & press, rows, curls and any other sandbag exercises you can think of.

All bags ship unfilled, allowing you to customize the weight and choose your own desired filling material.
Can be filled with sand, pea gravel, or rubber mulch.
Can hold up to about 60 lbs of sand and 30 lbs of rubber mulch

Please note: The loadable weight of each throwing bag is dependent upon the size and density of the filler materials being used. Recommended to be used on rubber and nonabrasive surfaces to keep the integrity of the bags intact.

We DO charge a restocking fee on all returns that do not involve a fault in our product or shipping due to the high cost in shipping we have to incur. When purchasing please make sure you are selecting the correct items and quantities.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” Customers must pay for return shipping.
