DefiPlate™ is a specialty training plate designed for the modern strength athlete. While traditional Olympic plates were standardized over a century ago for overhead lifting, DefiPlate™ is optimized for the deadlifts and rows of today.

Each pair weighs 90 lb (2 × 45 lb) and lowers the bar to approximately 5 inches, allowing deficit deadlifts without boxes or platforms while increasing range of motion for T-bar rows, landmine exercises, carries, and more.

Fits any standard 50 mm Olympic barbell. Made in the USA.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” Customers must pay for return shipping.
