A: My daughter is almost 6 years old and can use it to Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.

 

Q: How many plates can this bar hold?

A: It has a 6in loadable sleeve, so this will depend on your plates, but maybe will be able to load a 45 or two on each side.

 

Q: What is the bar coated in?

A: Bright Zinc. This makes the bar POP!, look nice and clean, but also provide a protective coating to the knurling and bar.
